Gelatin capsule

Capsule consists of two parts of capsule shell which were precision machining. Capsule size are various, including 000#, 00#, 0#--5#= capsule. The capsule body has a tapered edge. It can be adopted by high-speed filling machine and be encapsulated successfully. Double lock loop system can make the capsule pre-locked before filling , completely set together after fill the drug . Capsule design also includes vent holes to avoid unnecessary air pressure in the inside of the capsule and rebound in high-speed filling process .

Vegetable empty capsule

Vegetable empty capsule is made of plant cellulose or water soluble polysaccharide to meet demand of all natural positioning and capsule preparation solutions. Capsule also can be color printing to a unique appearance.
